When I was in school, I used a plagiarism remover program anytime I had to turn in a writing assignment. The reason I did this was because some of the teachers took a hard stance on using other people’s words in our own essays. It was a fine line to walk since we had to use various resources to create our writing pieces. I have never been good with writing. I do my best but it just does not seem to be enough at times. Normally this does not bother me because I have no dreams or aspirations of being the next great American writer. However, it did bother me when I knew that I needed a passing grade in my English class at college. It was one of the core classes, meaning I had to pass no matter what if I wanted a degree.
